Vivian works in the accounting department at Mills Group. She is responsible for maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing financial reports. She also assists in the preparation of proposals and project photography. Vivian grew up in Morgantown, West Virginia, and joined the Mills Group after years of experience working in the engineering and architecture industries. Vivian loves interacting with clients and the Mills Group staff.
