Clear Mountain Bank - Pierpont Branch
Mills Group partnered with Baskervill, Allegheny Design Services, and Arrow Engineering on the renovation of Clear Mountain Bank’s existing Pierpont branch in Morgantown, WV. At approximately 4,000 square feet, the project reconstructed the drive-thru, the branch bank, and two-story main building lobby and mezzanine.
One of the goals was to renovate the existing drive-thru to have greater visibility and the introduction of three new ITMs. The total interior renovation opens sight lines with the demolition of former walls and construction of demountable full-glass partitions. Careful interior design and space-planning in tight confines create a total transformation of the existing space and banking operations. Many of the interior lighting designs integrate well with bulk heads and varying ceiling heights to introduce perceived movement and space delineation.
The project began in October 2021 and construction was completed in February 2022.
