Marlington Avenue Residence
Through sustainable design and building techniques, we crafted this single-family home in Morgantown’s South Park neighborhood using attractive exposed Douglas fir timber framing, strategically placed windows for maximum sunlight, rain harvesting storage, heat-recovery ventilation, radiant floor heating, grassed driveway installation, and exterior storage hidden beneath the front roof structure.
