RFP: Pro Bono Conceptual Architectural Services
This year marks West Virginia’s 161st birthday. In celebration of West Virginia receiving its statehood, Mills Group wants to give back to the public entities and non-profits who are working to build their communities within the state.
Mills Group will be selecting four projects for which we will provide pro-bono conceptual architectural or master planning services. We will select one project from each of the following regions: Mountaineer Country, Northern Panhandle, Eastern Panhandle and Central West Virginia. Projects to be considered may include adaptive reuse of existing buildings or construction of new facilities and should provide a benefit to their communities.
Submission Requirements:
- The entity administering the project
- A brief description of the project goals and vision for the completed project
- A scope of how Mills Group could consult on the project to make for a successful end result
The deadline to submit is Thursday, June 20th at 5:00 pm.
