Greater Parkersburg Convention and Visitors Bureau

The Greater Parkersburg Convention & Visitors Bureau (GPCVB) selected Mills Group to design and prepare construction documents for interior renovations to their existing building located in Parkersburg, WV.

The approximately 6,000-square-foot renovation project includes a new complementary Visitors Welcome Center design, board room, expanded and upgraded public restrooms, administrative offices and storage space for their marketing team, and tenant spaces. Our design features a small café/sandwich counter utilizing the existing bar along with updated paint, finishes, and signage. New monitors will be installed to play “about the area” and local attraction videos.

Mills Group has teamed with Harper Engineering to complete the MEP scope of work which includes HVAC, power, lighting, plumbing and sanitary.
