The Spa at Snowshoe Resort

The Mills Group designed the spa at the Snowshoe Resort to create a forum for the ultimate relaxation. The 3,800 square foot space started out as an open room with an unfinished concrete floor. With guidance from the Snowshoe team, Mills Group transformed the space into a beautiful and calm retreat for the resort guests. Our team added hardwood flooring, curvilinear walls, warm earth tones and organic textures to create this peaceful atmosphere. The interior space also includes a manicure/pedicure area, fitness center, treatment rooms, beauty salon and a retail area.

This project had several challenges that influenced design and project delivery. The client had specific requirements for equipment and furniture as well as a very tight budget and a hard deadline for the completion of the project. The Mills Group coordinated closely with the owner and contractor to make this project a reality.
