West Liberty University 2019 Campus Master Plan

Mills Group was tasked to work alongside the university’s Planning Advisory Committee to analyze and build upon previous master planning reports while also investigating the current conditions of the campus. The process of combining and synthesizing our current campus analysis with long and short-term goals from the committee helped us understand how to tailor our design recommendations in a manner that was action-oriented and deadline driven.
