WVSHPO Grant Monitoring

Since 2006, Mills Group has been awarded an annually competed contract with the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office to provide technical assistance and grant monitoring for a range of projects in construction value from $5,000- $350,000. The scope of the grant projects range from masonry and window restoration to roof and exterior millwork rehabilitation. Clients range from the homeowner with no construction background to facility maintenance directors with decades of experience.
