The old Riverside Iron Works Building, more commonly known as the Flat Iron, is a triangular shaped building in the heart of downtown Wheeling. Owner Kevin Duffin saw the potential in the historic building and is rehabilitating the building using the Secretary of the Interior's Standards as his guide.
